Business process documentation is the basis for ALL informed business decisions. In essence, you can't decide where you want your business to go until you know where you are. TDMS uses Six Sigma process analysis methods to document your business process.

Opportunities for Lean applications are exposed
Best practices can be standardized and replicated
Capabilities
TDMS uses our Title Industry (TI) specific Lean Six Sigma tools and methods to document your business process.
What to Expect:
Your personnel will be given a website to enter workflow information several times each day for about a week. This provides some basic measurement statistics for the process model.
You are given a customer feedback form for each customer to complete. This will help determine defects, satisfaction, and some comparative information against competitors.
TDMS Analysts spend 2 days onsite interviewing and measuring.
TDMS completes process documentation and statistical analysis, and offers at least 5 suggested projects with estimated Return On Investment (ROI) for each.
TDMS Analysts spend one additional day onsite presenting the business process documents and project analysis.
Once you have a documented business process model, you can look for ways to improve your business. It is a living document that needs to be reviewed at least quarterly, and updated any time a process is changed, added, or dropped. It can also become the bases for all new employee training, which reduces employee integration time substantially.
